RETURNS & CANCELATIONS

Returns

Cherner chair products purchased through the Cherner Chair online store (www.chernerstore.com) may not be returned except under the following conditions:

  • Products which have been damaged during shipping
  • Products which have manufacturing defects

 All returns must be pre-authorized by calling Cherner Chair Customer Service at  203.894.4702.  All products must be re-packed in their original shipping materials. Claims for shipping damages must be reported within 5 business days of the delivery date.    For any customer purchases made through a Cherner Chair authorized dealer, please conact the store directly for any questions regarding returns or order cancellations.    

Order Cancellations

Customers may cancel orders only if requests are made within 2 weeks of the order date and prior to the estimated delivery date as shown on written sales orders (order confirmations).   Requests for cancellations after this time may be approved under certain conditions and may involve a cancellation or re-stocking fee.  Please contact our customer service department at 203.894.4702 or by email at mail@chernerchair.com.   For any customer purchases made through a Cherner Chair authorized dealer, please conact the store directly for any questions regarding returns or order cancellations.
