
Returns must be pre-authorized by calling 01.203.894.4702 and must be re-packed in their original shipping materials. Requests for returns must be made within 10 business days of the delivery date. Customers wishing to return products which have not been damaged during shipping or do not contain manufacturing defects are subject to a 25% restocking fee (25% of invoice amount not including freight or tax, if any). Custom orders and upholstered furniture can not be returned unless defective or damaged during shipping. Freight for returns will be the customer's responsibility unless the products have been damaged in transit or have a manufacturing defect.
Customers may cancel orders if requests are made prior to the delivery date and within 2 weeks of the order date without penalty. Cancellations made after 2 weeks of the order date or after delivery are subject to a 25% cancellation fee (25% of invoice amount not including freight or tax, if any).
