Formed in 1999, The Cherner Chair Company is the sole licensor and manufacturer of Norman Cherner and Benjamin Cherner designs. The Cherner Chair Company sells only authentic Cherner designs and has brought back into production many of Norman Cherner's most popular designs. Utilizing his original drawings and specifications, the reissued designs are manufactured with the same attention to detail found in the original hand made classics. Norman Cherner designs are found in museums and design collections worldwide.

In addition to reissuing Norman Cherner's classic molded plywood chairs, stools and tables, the Cherner Chair Company has introduced new designs by Benjamin Cherner. The Cherner catalog now includes lighting, case goods and children's furniture in addition to seating products and tables. Cherner Chair products are made in the USA using woods from sustainable forests and environmentally friendly finishes.
